Infrastructure and operations
Factory-integrated 1.2 MW PowerPods create a flexible, transportable architecture that can be deployed quickly and scaled module by module.
Energized 69 kV - 345kV grid connection, backed by a secondary power line, on-site BESS and gas generation capability, provides resilient, grid-interactive power from day one.
Direct liquid cooling supports high-density GPU deployments of up to 150 kW per rack, with the site positioned for closed-loop water-side cooling.
High-capacity connectivity is being built around Cogent, with Zayo, Frontier, Segra and Lumen targeted to provide diverse-path fiber redundancy.
Security is designed into the deployment from the outset, with dedicated networking and security infrastructure included within the site capital program.
EMMA provides a single operational layer for real-time telemetry, GPU workload management, remediation, battery dispatch and grid interaction, building on the team's experience operating more than five million devices worldwide.
LIVEGRID partners with industry gold-standard operators for client-owned data centers with 3+GW and 20+ data centers under management.
